Great service offered

My tablet was ****** not so long ago and I reported it on Saturday, on Monday morning one of the consultants called me as there was missing info and once that was completed she sent it out to Jozette Bowes for review. My claim was approved and I paid the excess same day, an email was sent to me informing me that I will get my phone within +-3 working days and it took them 2 days to deliver it at home :) honestly the best service ever as they kept to their word.
