Great service in renewing my cellphone insurance from a lady at the call center ERIKA DU PREEZ
My cellphone got ****** last week and the claim procedure was really smooth sailing. When I called to renew my replacement phone insurance I was helped by an extremely friendly lady ERIKA DU PREEZ, She explained the policy details to me and within 5 minutes sent me the policy. This is certainly the service I would expect from an Insurance company.
