GREAT SERVICE

I received great and instant service fro Luzette when I enquired on a debit order that was not debited from my account due to change of bank details. I had to pay previous month premium in via EFT and was concerned that the insurance lapsed due to debit order not paid. Luzette in a couple of minutes insured me that there was a credit on my account and that all was in place.<br> Not everyday request like these gets answered immediately. Thank you Luzette - Erna
