Great service

Ive recently found myself in a situation where i had to deal with the isarance and thought to myself damn its gonna take forever and i will have to call all the time to get the feedback, but to my suprice it was different and the experience was quit pleasant and it left with very happy, i put in my claim and the same day the lady called me to find out what had happened and the following day i got feedback to say my claim was approved, what really madam happy was the fact that they kept me informed in everything that was happening,and the lady that assisted me is Nqobile, very professional , so thank you very much its really good to know that there are still people that know the meaning of customer service,
