Great customer service

Early on today my insurance claim was a big nightmare however after Nandi took over my claim and started assisting me with the claim she keep all the promises she had told me and apart from me feeling frustrated she resolve the big mess that l had and requested my claim to go through as we speak am one of your happy clients big up to Nandi who showed her passion for customer service given the option l would say she deserves a raise or promotion but all in all she left me in the mood to even recommend 24hr mobility to my friends and family ,Thanks Nandi and my God bless you
