Good service received from one of your staff member Unathi Tyhalisi

When I first called to log my claim, Unathi Tyhalisi was very helpful as it was my first time to make claim. She took me from one line to another explaining how I must fill in the claim form. She calmed me down as I was stressed and panicking.
