Good service and response

i had an issue with my insurance for my phones and Luzette was kind enough to assist me through it all from correcting my banking details to getting me a copy of my policy. i must say her response are well constructed and she responded in time and with so much understanding, i really appreciate what she did for me and as I'm speaking to you we still busy and so far I'm happy. that gets a thumbs up from me<br> <br> Charlotte
