GOOD AT REAPING CUSTOMERS OFF

I claimed for my iPhone and claim declined reason the number had not been used in the phone for months. I upgraded to an 1 Phone 5s kept the iPhone 5 as a secondary phone surely I was not using the same sim card on 2 phones. You had the odesity to deduct premiums on the secondary phone for over a year but never once did you alert me to tell you of the change of number. But when I claim you tell stories. On the other hand you still owe me money for the pre3miums of the tablet which I cancelled and you had promised in writing you will refund me till today zip. I have proof of emails of that. Fair and square, I have closed all ties with you no money you will get from my account as from yesterday. I am also cutting ties with MTN and that means MTN has lost a valuable customer for years because of you. I had more than 3 contracts with MTN at some time paying lot of money. I am closing all my accounts including yours and please let me know when I am getting my premiums which you promised you will pay back. South African consumers do not need companies like yours who are here to reap us off but we need decent providers and I believe you once was that when you started this venture before

Hello MeNgwenya,

Thank you for bringing the above matter to our attention.

I have forwarded the refund request query to the relevant department for investigations.

It is important to note that the MOBILE DEVICE is only covered whilst being used with the SIMCARD encoded with telephone number listed on your Schedule.
..................MOBILE DEVICE will only be covered if your broker, Pinnacle Marketing (Pty) Ltd has been notified of the change.

Please be advised that the underwriter is bound by the terms of the policy and can only approve a claim when all obligations have been met. Your previous claims where approved as all obligations where met.

Correspondence was successfully delivered to your cellphone number which contained the policy wording and in order to have a valid claim you needed to adhere to the terms of the policy that was sent to you. During all past correspondence with you we where never advised that you where unaware of the terms of the policy.

Should you feel unfairly treated you can approach the short term insurance ombudsman who is there to ensure fair business practice. We apologize for the frustration caused by the disappointment.
