Goes the extra mile

<p>I recently had to claim from my Mtn Mobile insurance and after waiting a long time for someone to get back to me after many emails and promises, I finally dealt with Junaid Basson and so happy I did, he was very helpful and simplified the whole process for me, it took just a couple days to get everything sorted which is unheard of and Junaid made sure i was kept up to date throughout. Thats a rare find in customer service nowadays. </p>
