From a mugging to a new phone

<p>My daughter and her mother were walking on the broadwalk from Muizenberg to Kalk Bay. They were ****** by sharpened *****driver weilding ****s. I emailed Pinnacle on a Sunday so that the notification of the theft would be picked up Monday morning. Luzette Willemse phoned me back immediately (she was working that sunday). I have never had a more empathic and wonderful experience from any insurance claim. Thank you to Luzette and Jabu who have been so patient and so kind. My daughter has a new phone today and can take it to a conference on the weekend as planned.</p>
