<p>My pphone got lost in my house and i was told my claim was rejected because there was no foreceable entry. So as far as 24hour mobility is concerned they will only cover a phone that is ****** from your house by *******!! You can never lose your phone in your house. I have a two year old in the house and i am told that i should have my eyes on my phone at all times even when i am taking a nap. The service from this company is ********** and **********!!</p>

Please be advised that the policy states:
At all times you must take reasonable steps to safeguard the MOBILE DEVICE from loss, damage
or theft
You are not covered for:
ix) Loss or damage arising from the MOBILE DEVICE where it is left exposed in a public
place, place of recreation, office, mall or social occasion where it is vulnerable for easy
removal or damage.
As there was a guest in your home it is considerted as a social occasion by the insurer.
The underwriter has declined the claim as they are bound by the terms of the polcy.
As the broker I do not have the authority to decline , authorise or over turn the outcome of a claim.
Please be advised that the above complaint has been sent to the underwriters office for review and investiogations.
Feedback will be received from their office.
