Financial Query/Dispute

Dear Roxanne I requested by email a weeks ago that you forward the above mentioned mail you wrote on my behalf to the underwriters and im still waiting. As stated in my mail i also requested to hear from senior management, because I don’t see the point, because you in no position to make decisions. Lee-Andre also stated in her phone call that six claims where made on my policy. The recent claim being a Iphone 6 plus, which where hand delivered. I requested the proof of deliver and the recorded telephone when the claim processed and still no response from your office. When requesting this information she was unable to check the other five claims information, which sounds like ***** in your department.
