We all hate the prospect of having to call into a contact centres and I dreaded having to call to add a device onto my existing insurance contract.I was blessed enough to have gotten through to Erika and though the process was a little time consuming her friendliness and eagerness to assist coupled with the fact she actually sounded happy to work in a call centre made the time well worth it!
