Extremely impressed by efficient service received

Yesterday I laid a claim after my cellphone was ****** over the weekend. I contacted the 24HR Mobility office whereby I was assisted by Luzette Willemse. Within seconds she had explained to me the necessary documentation required to proceed with my claim. After submitting my documents their claims administrator Deidre Booysen speedily assisted me and later that same day my claim was approved. They even took the liberty of contacting me today to inform me that my device would be arriving today still.<br> Though I'm gutted to lose my cellphone the excellent efficient service received from these employees put a smile back on to my face. I will surely recommend 24HR Mobility to all my friends :)<br>
