Exceptional Customer Service

Hi, I dealt with 24 hour Mobility today as I was submitting a claim which in all fairness sounds like it will be a mission, especially hearing what others have gone through and how much of a hassle it can be.

Well not 24 hour mobility I have been with them for many years and every single time I have had to claim the process has been absolutely painless, I was again reminded of this today when I dealt with Gene and then Erika who both assisted me promptly with responses to my emails, on top of this my application was missing some information and even though I was supposed to submit this to another department, Gene went out of her way to assist and let me forward all missing information to her and she would upload to the relevant person.

I then followed up with a call where Erika was already informed of my claim and acted swiftly in advising me on what was still needed. I felt like an absolute King the way I was treated and am thankful to have dealt with Gene and Erika. Thank you for your EXCEPTIONAL service.
