Exceptional Customer satisfaction skills

I do not know when last i got such a good service, i made a claim for a cellphone and a tablet on 25 March 2014 and both claims were settled on the 26th March, on 27th Mach at 3pm my phones were delivered to me!!! Great service welldone team 24hour mobility. I loved the service that i received, they were calling me asking for missing documents they were so patient with me, they gave me feedback for everything. I do not have the right words to say thank you, i wish South Africa can have workers like these in many companies (Lavona, Deidre Booysen, Jozette Bowes, Zandile Mkhize, Lizelle Aver, Lavona Sylvester) Not forgetting the Courier Guy who waited for me and called me with his own cellphone. You people you make a great team.!!! <br> If we as customers submit all the requirements in time i gues we are guaranteed great service in return!
