Excellent service received from 24HR Mobility...

I would really like to Commend the Excellent service i received from most of the agents at 24HR mobility but i really Need to single out one individual by the name Mrs Erica Du Preez.She is really such a jewel and really and truly goes over and above the Call of Duty.. She has a very Professional mannerism about her She showed so much Empathy as my son was ****** of his cellphone. She was just not an agent she showed Compassion all the time she would email us and call to hear how he was recovering after the bad ordeal. We as customers are always quick to Complain But never quick to Commend.. I hope this feedback will be noticed...and a small incentive given to Mrs Du Preez she is truly an asset to your company.
