excellent service
I accidently dropped my new phone at the gym and the screen cracked, I phoned Samsung and they said they will charge me R6500 to fix it, I then phoned my insurance and I only had to pay R150 excess, the phone was collected by courier guys on Monday and it came back today. I am extremely happy with the service that I received, the phone is looking fresh, they didn't only fix the screen but they also gave me a free screen protector valued at R550.
