Excellent service

After my insurance claim was approved I contacted 24hr mobility to update the new handset details on my policy, I spoke to Erika and while we were talking the call got disconnected she contacted me back immediately. A few days after I realised that I had a mistake and provided Erika with incorrect info, this morning I sent her an email requesting that she update the info within hours she emailed me a revised policy document. I am so happy with her service and customer centricity. she is polite and efficient. Thank you......Nathina Mulenga
