Excellent service

I sent an email requesting cancellation of my cellphone insurance. Within a few minutes i received a reply advising that the request will be attended to and confirmation will be sent once completed. Another email was received approximately 2 hours later, confirming that the policy was cancelled and also providing proof of the cancellation. Such prompt and efficient service was a surprising and refreshing change. Keep up the good work!
