I would like to take this opportunity to thank 24hour mobility for an excellent service during my insurance claim. <br> <br> In particular I would like to thank Gene Sias, the Claims Facilitator. She was very helpful to me during my time of distress after losing my phone. <br> <br> She guided me step by step on what I should do regarding my lost phone. Her service was personalized, I felt very important communicating with her on e-mail and phone. Her e-mails were very helpful, the last I got resulted in me getting my phone the next day. <br> <br> Thank you very much Gene. Your service is very much appreciated by me. Keep up the good work.
