<p>I just want to take this moment and thank Unathi Tyhalisi for the assistance on my cell phone claim. She is so excellent and professional on the phone and not only that but she delivers hers promises. After I spoke to her she advised me that my claim handler would call me to provide feedback and process on my claim which she did and the phone was delivered the same day, that is what we call excellent customer service. 24hr is lucky to have an employee like you, you are a star.
