Excellent service 10/10

I would like to express a heart-felt thank you to 24hr Mobility, for the wonderful service they have provided since i joined. Early last year i lost my phone at gun point, i contact my insurance they were very helpful and they sympathized with me.. A week ago i slipped at home and got my phone damaged as a result, i contacted them again and explained how it happened, the first question the lady asked me, was if i was okay or hurt, and that really made my day. Weather my claim was going to be approved or not but the fact that the lady asked about my well-being showed that not only does this company worry about making business but they also do care about the well-being of their clients. My claim was attended to immediately, the next day someone came and collected the phone and it was returned to me within 48hrs and i was updated about everything that was happening and the phone has been repaired. Wow what great service, Thank you so much to Dhaneshree Ramsamy and 24hr Mobility insurance, you guys are winners.
