Excellent customer service by a landslide!!!

Good day

Had the unfortunate experience to log a claims request for accidental damage.

But man was I surprised by the level of customer experienced I received from Shahil at Monitor Administrators. His level of professionalism and friendliness exceeded my expectations by a landslide.

He gave new meaning to "managing the client's expectation". From facilitating the collection of the device to expediting the repair process and ensuring speedy delivery of device as well.

If only every one that works with customers could have Shahil's flair the world would be a better place!

P.S. Unfortunately I can only give a 5 star rating (still feels under rated for the great service)
