EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged cellphone insurance twice for the device that I upgraded and the new one. My query was attended by a Ms Lizel Gabriel who gave me excellent service. She was always in contact with me until the refund was processed. Thank you for the excellent service Liz. I hope Pinnacle Marketing have people like you. Thanks
