Even after complaining, my phone is still returned without a screenguard
I received my phone this morning, however it did not come with a screen protector/ guard.
When I initially sent my phone in, it had a screen/protector guard.
The very first time i sent my phone in for the very same concern, it was sent with the screen protector/guard and it was returned with one.
I do not have R500 to spend on a screen guard that was supposed to be replaced.

22 May 2018, 17:00I got an SMS saying that the business has tried to contact me and then sent an sms saying the repair centre is waiting for screen guards and will dispatch it when it comes. when will it come, is there an ETA or what?? My phone has went in once for a repair and they have been messing my phone up, i had back button issues, camera issues and now it has no hardware for the fingerprint scanner. again the useless company that pinnacle works with gives us this kind of services.
