Efficient, quick and easy Insurance Claim

After having the unfortunate experience of losing (and not returned) cell phone, I submitted a claim on the Monday morning. The claim was approved by Tuesday morning and i received a replacement phone, by courier on the Monday morning. Friday was a public holiday and thus the claim was processed and phone received within 4 working days. Thank-you, it is great to know there are insurers out there that meet and exceed expectations and do their utmost to replace devices to customers quickly and efficiently.
