Efficient, friendly and timely

Had a problem with my billing account due to changing of bank accounts and therefore had to make a direct deposit to 24Hour Mobility Insurance to settle my debt. 24Hour Mobility staff member (Valencia Steph****) told me the procedure to do so. Thanks to her friendly and efficient help, the matter was resolved on the same day.<br> Dropped my iPhone 5S by accident last week and contacted 24Hour Mobility Insurance for my claim. They immediately sprung into action by sending the claim forms and requested the relevant documents clearly and professionally. My claim was approved 48 hours later and my phone was fetched on the same day to go get required. Thank you to Gene Sias and team for their help. My phone is back and looking brand new.
