I reported my lost phone on Monday to Luzette and within few minutes i got an email from Gina and Luzette that my claim has been registered.Within an hour Jabu phoned me for some clarity. In that conversation i was told that my claim has been approved. I paid excess yesterday. My replacement phone was delivered today at about 11.40. Definately that's high quality of service. In the interim Luzette was constantly updating me with the progress. I'm definately stuck with this insurance company because of people of your calibre. Thanks again ladies and keep up the good work
