Don't use vodacom cellphone insurance

Please do not consider vodacom cellphone insurance.

My claim was rejected because of usage. In other words I did not use my vodacom sim card enough. When I ask how do they determine usage they talk about making calls, using data and using sms's.

Mind you I have wifi at work and at home so I don't really need the data I don't even need minutes because I have other phones. I was basically using that phone for WhatsApp and pictures. So because they can't detect usage because I was always on wifi.... My claim is rejected.

They basically dictate how you should use your phone. They find something to reject your claim. PLEASE DONT CONSIDER VODACOM AS YOUR INSURANCE!!!!!!! Rather go for naked.
