Doesn't want to repair my phone
On the 08/04/2015 I took my phone for repairs at MTN and I went back to fetch it the first week of May, I was informed to pay Assessment fee of R330.00 and the phone was not repaired I must lodge a claim with my insurance, on the 25/05/2015 I phoned them, I was informed that my claim has been rejected reason being I took time to lodge the claim, How am I suppose to know the time frame of lodging a claim. I'm paying my insurance on a monthly basis for my phone to be covered at any time. How about they pay back my premiums since well they are not willing to assist me. I want my phone to be repaired. What's the use of having an insurance if they will reject your claim as they Please.
