Declining My insurance claim with false alligation

On the 09 June 2015 my phone was damaged and sent my claim in on the 10 June 2015. I then contacted the claims department on the 12th June 2015 to determine what is happening with my submitted claim. I was advised that it has been rejected due to the phone being inactive and the company \assumed"that I had removed my SIM card from my phone. In light of the above I had to drive to MTN for actual proof that my SIM card was in use.I further advise that my MTN account was deactivated on the 02 June 2015 due to late payment which should not have concerned the insurance company. As explained by the MTN assistant the system only records outgoing activities and not incoming activities which I think is either a technical error or a means to de***** the client.
I have sent 24 Hour Mobility the following below:
Annexure A indicates the date the phone was last used (01 June 2015) for outgoing activities"

Hello Rabiaa,

Thank you for bringing the above to our attention.
I have looked into the claim and with the documents that were received the underwriter has reviewed the documentation and has approved the claim.
A consultant should be reverting back to you this morning to arrange proceeding with your claim.
I have also emailed your underwriter to ensure that this is done urgently.

Once again, we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards
