Declined claim … they are just ****mers , quick to take money but service dololo, join at your own risk ⚠️ BE WARNED..!!
My little sisters iPhone 12 was ****** at res and it was insured at 24hourmobility since 2021 and all premiums are up to date … now I submitted a claim and they rejected because apparently there was no false entry but fact of the matter is it was ****** ( how , when and why) I also don’t know , I feel very ****** by 24hourmobility because I supp**** them with all the required documentation and even blacklisted the phone at vodacom since vodacom is my service provider . Now I’ll be paying a phone that I no longer have . I wish I knew earlier that they can do me this bad .actually I wish I had **** than being honest about the whole thing maybe that’s when they would have taken my claim into account . My effort of going to open a case and getting the case number , calling service providers and calling them countless times actually means nothing to them . Join 24hourmobility at your own risk ⚠️ how do I get proof when there is non , leaving in school and sharing your room with someone is not as easy as it looks . What a waste of my money
The policy wording states that the device needed to be safe guarded when left in public spaces. I am sorry to hear that the device was ******. The underwriter is bound by the terms of the policy and should the device have been left unattended while in a shared space and then ****** this would not be covered by the policy.
