Decline Claim
<br> I'm having trouble with the above mentioned company, My claim was decline the reason was they don't cover SOFTWARE UPDATE!!<br> <br> I insured my phone with 24hr mobility, because they cover damages too and they never disclose to me that they don't cover software update my Blackberry Q10 Require Software Update, and not knowing that they don't actually cover Software Problem, I stated on the claim form that when i open my phone it give me an error code<br> <br> So my concern is what's the point of having insurance on your cellphone if they won't cove such cases??

Please be advised that the policy covers loss, theft, accidental damage and water damage. This is clearly stated in your policy wording.
On the 09/07/2014 an sms was sent to your insured number with a link to your policy wording. The system does show that this was successfully sent.
Should you require a software upgrade you would need to take this up with your service provider for assistance.
Should you require more information with regards to the policy cover please feel free to contact our office.
