COMPLIMENTS
I was directed to their call centre for a claim process (MTN) and was extremely frustrated at the delay experienced. My call was attended by AMANDA JOHANNES who very patiently talked me through the query, the process and assisted in ensuring that all details required(for the claim) were in order. Her follow up email to the insurer was prompt. My compliments to the service ambassador and her approach to the matter. Kind regards
