Complain

I have taken insurance for my nephew that schooled far from me the phone was working but sometimes the sim card will say emergency calls mostly when he is in his room and most of the time he will use wifi

Only now when i want to claim for his phone am told that the damage is not covered and as far as am concerned my cover is all risk even when I receive communion from them is showing my sister’s name and am the policy owner now my claim will be declined because i reported the claim late i mean he was at school and since they dont offer courtesy phone I cannot let him be far without a phone
