CLAIM FOR MOBILE PHONE
LODGED THE CLAIM ON MONDAY 2ND NOVEMBER AND WAS ATTENDED BY PRUDENCE STEPH**** WHO IMMEDIATELY EMAILED THE CLAIM FORM TO ME, THE NEXT DAY 3RD NOVEMBER RECEIVED AN SMS THE CLAIM WAS APPROVED. ON THE 5TH NOVEMBER RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT DEVICE.
