claim denied

I lost my phone and after claiming, My claim was declined reason being: oLoss or damage arising from the MOBILE DEVICE where it is left unattended in a public place, place of recreation, office, mall or social occasion where it is vulnerable for easy removal or damage. But I had left the phone with my wife who was sitted at the table all the time as we were having a family braai with our relatives/friends families. I could not keep the phone with me as I was attending the kids,braai, playing etc. My wife, who is 4 months pregnant, was seated with the other wifes/girlfriends, watching the table(where the phone was), bags,preparing salads,gravy etc. The point is my phone was ATTENDED by my WIFE when it got lost .(The last I checked, the law states that : All assets and liabilities belong to both spouses equally unless an antenuptial contract is drawn up) I am really looking forward to their formal response, Im going to take this further. This is an insult to my wife. My lawyer said \ insurance is there NOT to pay claims"I guess he was right. I pray to get the formal response ASAP. This is day light ******* according to me. <br> """
