Claim declined

I submitted my claim and it was declined apparently I was told that it's negligence and I was not supposed to put my phones down bag down while washing my hands in the toilets. I have been paying the insurance for 3 years without a claim and just one incident they rejecting it. I would not recommend this insurance for anyone.
