CLAIM DECLINE

My name is Tshepo on the 25 january 2016 i FORGOT my cell phone in a toilet at the mall as i was in a hurry and the very sameday i lodged a claim now im being told that its not covered because i was in a public place but i was never told that i musnt loose my cellphone in public places when i took that policy . not even ones i skipped paying my premium im very sad that all these years been paying for something that wont work for me because of FORGETING my cell in a toilet im only human i sometimes forget.. they are not fair to clients.
