CLAIM - Approved

I would just like to compliment these guys for there service.. Firstly this was my first time claiming from insurance. I always expected it to be a long and time wasting process before they actually assess your claim and to have received the service i was given this month was unbelievable. they sent me the claim form on tuesday. i reported it and then sent back the form on Wednesday. They advised it would take 24 hours after receiving the documents to process the claim to state whether or not the claim would be approved or declined. I got a message Thursday morning to say it was approved. I then made the payment on Friday morning and then sent the proof of payment through to them. there after the timeframe was +-3 working days. only to expect my device Arriving MOnday MORNING. excellent and efficient service given Thanks.
