<p>hi</p> <p>please assist , i signed the application form i received from an MTN shop, was called by an agent to confirm my details and advised documents will be e-mailed to me. It is now 2 months later and i am still waiting, there was no debit from my bank acc in Jan as it was arranged, this month a large amount was debited, i tried to call but will be kept on hold for hours and still cant get help,e-mails are not rep**** to. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?HOW WILL I GET HELP INCASE I NEED TO CLAIM ?so unprofessional</p>
