Best Mobile device insurer!

24HOUR Mobility did something very amazing and unexpected of an insurance company.

I insured a device with them back in 2013, lost the device is 2014 but never informed the company of the loss.

Fast forward to 2019, I’m reviewing my bank statement and find a debit order which I wasn’t sure about. So I phoned the company and asked them to cancel the insurance as the device hasn’t been in my possession since 2014.

Surprisingly they wrote back to say I must send them Bank details and some other information.

Not even a day later, they returned all my premiums from 2014 to date.

Not only was this surprising but it also shows that this is a company that cares for their customers and isn’t just there to abuse the consumer.

Their ethical conduct is out of this world and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to take insurance for their mobile phones.
