The claim process was seamless and quick received my device in 2 working days from paying my excess fee no hassles and no run-around I recommend this for Cellphone insurance. I've been with them for 4 years now and never had issues when claiming.
P.S : Melanie is amazing she even update the new cellphone's details on call, no forms. Happy Birthday Melanie.
