Been taking my money monthly but no Service when wanting to claim to fix my phones screen

<p>I've been trying to get my iPhones screen fixed for the last two weeks. I've sent multiple emails, but I just keep getting a computer generated email saying that my email was received. I've even messaged them on facebook and got a nice little:</p> <p>"Good morning Abrie, thank you for your message. I will contact the underwriter processing the claim and ask them to contact you."</p> <p> </p> <p>This didn't lead to any major changes either.</p> <p> </p> <p>When you phone their number you are kept on hold for 15min or more, and then the call just drops.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely useless service, but as always they happy to take your money.</p>
