Bad service from the male stuff
I’m very disappointed with the service I got from this company especially the bad attitude you get from th claims stuff if you ask to speak to the manager the refuse to transfer you, now they want to replace me with cheap stuff, my laptop was MacBook Pro 13inch 128GB they want to replace me with MacBook Air 13inch 128GB which I refuse to accept it all I want is my MacBook Pro they can get it to any iStore Clearwater Mall I’ve been waiting for this claim since September getting different stories,
