bad service
i have been insured with you guys for a year and i had a prevous claim witch i had not went forth with i have been out off gauteng and never had a excess fee i have now resubmitted the claim and just too get told its declined i am so furious why am i paying a whole dam year for insurance its not like i am asking for a loan from them they do not care to loose clients and they dam arent scared to debt money from my account why can they not refund me all my money they cannot help me at all its useless i have been told that if the handset was fixed i keep the slip for futer purposes this is the worst insurance company i have depended on them to think they could help me even me offering to pay the fee what a ******* i have called to cancel my debt order with you guys and now i am stuck withi=out a device thanks for another unhappy customer

Please be advised:
The 1st claim you submitted in Dec 2014 was originally approved, however it prescribed as the excess payment was not received within 90 days from date of incident. Emails & reminder sms's were sent through to you however no response was received from yourself
Should the excess payment have been received within the allocated time frame, the underwriter would have collected your handset & sent it for assessment either to be repaired or replaced
The 2nd claim was declined as you are claiming on the exact same event that occurred in Dec 2014 of which that claim had prescribed
The underwriter is bound by the terms of the policy & cannot proceed with a claim unless the conditions of the policy are met
With reference to the payments: The policy covers you for accidental damage, loss & theft - therefore even though the damage claim was declined, the policy would remain active as you would still have been covered for loss/theft.
Should you wish to dispute the declination further, you would need to contact the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance:
