Bad customer service
My phone needed to be repaired, they collected my the 10th, Vash the manager emailed me to advise that the repair takes 2-3working days and did not mention that it takes longer, now that I chaise up on my phone, I now have to wait 6working days to get, she has some ****y attitude and then hung up the call on me, WHERE is her customer service, how did she become a manager. I will not recommend to 24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance , they are a waste of time.
