I would like to take the time to acknowledge the efficiency and humility that i received from Wendy, after having spoken to her collogues and not getting fair and factual assistance regarding a claim that was being rejected on unrealistic grounds. She took over the case and everything took a turn for the good. Even though she did not change or bend any rules but her attentiveness to my claim changed a war zone into a swift transaction.
