Appaling Service
<p>This company is getting worse by the day! After weeks of waiting for my Cellfone insurance claim to be processed, today without even getting a call/SMS, the courier company rocks up to fetch my phone and I'm so unprepeared as no one has even bothered to respond when I followed up this morning! You people are a disgrace, it's unbelieveable! I really can't wait for this claim to get sorted so I can look for service elsewhere!MTNLF ********** .</p> <p>I am still waiting for a refund for the SIM SWAP money, by the way!</p>

We will escalate to the underwriter as you should have been advised regarding the collection.
I have done a follow up and see that the handset has been assessed by the repair center who has ordered the parts for the repair. Once received they will repair/ quality check and send the handset back to you.
